General Information and Remarks on Our Special Events
- purchased tickets are valid only for the specified special event on the ticket
- a cash repayment of the ticket fare is not possible
- in case of a no-show, the ticket fare will not be refunded
- in case of a cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the full ticket fare, after this period a cancellation is not possible
- special events are not discountable
